Unacceptable Behaviour Includes (but is not limited to):
- Verbal abuse, shouting, or aggressive language
- Physical intimidation, threats, or violence
- Discrimination or harassment of any kind (including on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, disability, age, or religion)
- Inappropriate or offensive conduct toward staff or other guests
- Wilful damage to property
Our Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Guests who engage in unacceptable behaviour may be:
- Asked to leave the premises immediately
- Refused service or accommodation
- Reported to the appropriate authorities if necessary
In such cases, no refunds will be issued and any damage or loss caused may be charged to the guest responsible.
Supporting Our Team
Our staff are trained to treat all guests with warmth, professionalism, and respect. In return, we expect the same courtesy toward them. We stand firmly behind our team and will not tolerate abuse in any form.
If You Witness or Experience a Problem
If you experience or witness any behaviour that makes you or others feel uncomfortable during your stay, please speak to a member of our management team or contact reception. All reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.
